Highland city has a fun place to play in front of their city building and their Library. And the best part is that it is free.This is Alex's cousin they were having so much fun splashing and covering the fountains. The funniest part of this video is all the men in the background. Apparently it tool all six guys to put that sign on the railing. I had a good laugh watching them all consult each other.
Alex and his cousin love hanging out with each other but I think Alex was pushing his boundaries this time. Each time she would scoot away Alex would scoot closer and closer. Eventually they had scooted all the way to the railing and there was no where else to go.
